Job Title: Senior Pro-AV Sales Executive - Indonesia

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Pro-AV Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored AV and integrated technology solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with pre-sales and engineering teams to develop compelling, technically sound proposals and take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting through to project award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Pro-AV solutions and services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective AV and integrated technology solutions

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, bidding, negotiation, and closing

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams on system design, solution architecture, and costing

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reporting

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and participate in industry events and networking opportunities

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related discipline

  • 7+ years of experience in AV, IT, or technology solutions sales (Pro-AV experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of AV systems such as video conferencing, LED displays, audio systems, and control systems

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate clear business value to clients

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
