Project Engineering Management & Installation
IDEAL Systems’ project management team is disciplined with the key principles of planning, management, procurement, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals.
We assemble, program and test your customized systems in our own assembly shop, providing a controlled production environment assuring that your system will be delivered to your facility, ready to go. Our installation staff has been trainedto ensure that the onsite installation is clean and professionally.
When commissioning the final system, we use the most current testing methodology and technology available, ensuring peak performance of your system. We stand by our workmanship during the warranty period, including all associated manufacturers’standard warranties.
System Training, Maintenance & Support
We provide a complete set of closeout documents, including user manuals, as-built drawings, and operating instructions.

Kingdomcity Church - preach live across campuses IN MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE & AUSTRALIA
The solution from Ideal enables Kingdomcity church to link services live between campuses over public internet. Although travel has become more restricted, messages can still be preached live across campuses with high quality yet low latency video feeds. Furthermore, this solution has enabled remote production where operators can collaborate from different campuses. For live events, their director from Singapore is now able to monitor feeds from Australia to direct and switch camera sources live.
