Ideal Systems has successfully completed a state-of-the-art Media Creation Hub for Dubai based blinx, a youth-oriented media and news organisation for the Middle East. The facility includes a next gen metaverse / extended reality (XR) studio, as well as cutting-edge video production facilities and control rooms. The studios are fitted with the latest live production tools, including AI-enhancement features aimed at helping content creators craft virtual media content. The setup includes a complete 4K-ready audio and video chain facilitated by modern NDI and Dante tools.
Ideal Systems announces today that it has successfully completed the re-location of CNBC’s Singapore broadcast operations to a brand-new facility in Mapletree Business City in Singapore. The multifaceted project involved the migration of a live broadcast facility from the existing site to the new site along with the design and build of the new facility which includes a Master Control Room and Production Control Room for CNBC’s Singapore Studios as well as a new Computer Equipment Room (CER) to house integrated systems for production, linear and non-linear editing, linear playout, new media and OTT, content management and distribution storage, archive and graphics.

To do this, the Ideal LIVE team needs to achieve and maintain robust connectivity that will maintain the quality of their live coverage and allow them to keep to schedule. Operating as the live broadcast and production division of Ideal Systems, Ideal LIVE is using Dejero EnGo mobile transmitters to establish connectivity between their equipment and the cloud. Dejero develops the proprietary system, Smart Blending Technology, used in EnGo to simultaneously aggregate diverse wired and wireless IP connections from multiple sources. The aggregation forms a virtual network of networks that helps increase the reliability of the connection paths, expanding coverage and increasing bandwidth.
